TERMS & CONDITIONS This customer agreement contains important information about distribution of purchased reports and refund policy. Introduction I have read this Agreement carefully and retain it for future reference. I understand that the terms and conditions of this Agreement govern all transactions between HysterectomyResearch.com and me. Copyright and Distribution I understand that with the purchase of a research report from HysterectomyResearch.com, I am authorized to copy/distribute it to employees (not contractors) of the company in which I work at the time the report was purchased. I understand that I do NOT have permission to copy/distribute the report to any other persons or entities, regardless of their relationship to me or their relationship to the company in which I work. I also understand that I am NOT authorized, unless by written permission from HysterectomyResearch.com, to copy and/or distribute the report within any company for whom I may work in the future. Refund Policy I understand that some research reports may be purchased in whole or in part. The price for purchasing an entire report is cheaper than purchasing the sum of its parts. I understand that if I elect to purchase part of a report, and then decide to purchase its remaining sections, that I will NOT be reimbursed the price differential had I purchased the entire report at once. So, once a purchase is made ‘in part’, purchase of the remaining sections must also be made ‘in part’. I also understand that, because of the nature of the work being purchased, that no refunds will be granted for any reason once a report has been downloaded and/or shipped. All shipped orders will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
